Leutinized unruptured follicle

Asked for Female, 33 Years

Last month in the follicular study it showed that the follicle did not rupture and the ova was never released. Is it possible that it can rupture in the next month or the only hope left is HCG injections? I had undergone a laproscopy myomectomy in July 17.
