Leucocytes in sperm
Hello doctor, I undergone a semen analysis test, in that report everything is normal but presence of leucocytes are plenty in one ml volume of sperm. I think i am infected so, how can I diagnosis this problem. Whether it is easily curable one or any serious problem. What kind of treatment should I take? Please give me a good suggestion.

We need to see how many leucocytes are there. You could get a semen culture done to rule out infection. And treat if there is any. Do you have any symptoms ? If so get yourself checked out by an andrologist
