Let Nipple Lactating

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Hello. I've Done Unprotected intercourse with my boyfriend around a month ago. And we didn't took any medication after that. Today My Left Nipple Is Lactating. Is It Because Of That ? There is no pain or problem but only my left nipple is Lactating. I'm not comfortable going to gynaecologist & that's why I'm asking question here. Please Help Me Out As Soon As Possible.
