hey Bengal tiger, 18 and weight 52 is not an issue. one important thing you missed is your height, on which it is calculated. I don't think you need medicines. better go with good protein and carb food. Avoid packaged or product based food. choose natural diet like sprouts and milk products. let the body decide how much weight your bones can sustain for best performance. if its really less than physiological then we may need some medicines but till then be natural.
