Sir i am 25 year old whan i sex with my partner 1st time i ejaculat sperm less volume it's lick 4 to 5 drop of water and whne i sex with her 2nd time in a day the sperm volum is 2 to 3 drop of water so can you tell me it's a naturaliy or i suffered som kind of disease.
