I am seventeen year old. I have myopia 0.25 D I am wearing the prescribed lens should I wear them all the time. Is there any risk of further more sight. What should I do to stop it. I get headache in absence of them. Please answer

Hello A. If you have headache then you should wear those glasses all the time B. Power usually becomes stable at age of 18yrs - 21yrs C. I am sorry but there is no medicine or diet to get rid of glasses
