Hey i have been trying to get back in shape.....when i go jogging i always get a tingling sensation in my calf muscles that travels to my buttocks.....im wondering is this because of my diet....i eat takeout about 2 to 3 times a day for the last six months and i drink alot of alcohol

Check your calf muscles. They are probably tight and require good stretching. Also check shape of your feet to rule out flattening of the arch, called as over pronation.
