I've been experiencing this pain for a couple days. It's similar to how I felt with a DVT last year in my other leg. I'm doing a lot more prolonged standing though now due to work and I don't know if maybe I pulled a muscle instead this time. It hurts to put pressure on that leg laying or standing.
