Leg pain in first trimester

Hi Dr. My wife had very severe leg pain doctor advised me below medications 1. Zerodol p 2. Evion 400 3.Nurokind lc Blood test normal Beta HCG 6143 (4weeks) Someone told me frst 2 medicines are harmful. Please advise
