Leg pain and temp 99.2

Hi all, My wife is feeling.for her monthly cycle and she is having the pain in full leg. I checked her temperature and it's 99.2. Is this because of weather and her monthly cycle about to start or she is having any symptoms of fever. Which Medicine should I give to her. Regards, Bharat
