Asked for Male, 27 Years

I am having leg pain in my calf muscle and both sides of my foot. Both legs. My age is 27 and I have this problem from last 6-8 mths. What could be the reason and what treatment do I need. I have been to a physio few times but that hasn't helped me at all.
