Leg cramping
I have Spina Bifida, so I have a tethered cord. I’ve been to the doctor about lower back pain but its mostly gone away after physical therapy. I am able to walk normal as anyone else and the only major problem I have is my bladder. But lately I have been having cramping and pinching in my legs. Different spots like on the front right side of my hip, knees, thighs, and lower legs, they stay for about 10 seconds and go away. What should I do?
