Leg and hands pain

Asked for Female, 64 Years

My mother is ckd patient from last 3 years and have history of arthirites since last 25 years ,she has suddenly from last week experiencing pain in her hand joints and leg joins,even at knees. We have shown to nephrologist,orthopaedic and even rhemutologist and are taking medicine but she still in pain. Please let us know what is issue and if any medicine to get fine
