Leg & knee pain
Am 31 years old female. Since one week I could feel my knees are having mild pain. Sometimes leg too having the pain. What could be the reason or any deficiency?

As per your compliant  need thorough assessment few special tests & medical tests like BMI, X RAY ,few blood tests etc;  blindly can't prescribe treatment but meanwhile will suggest you to take rest don't walk or stand for longer duration. Tests: X Ray, Ap/lat view & Skyline view. Blood test: VidD3, Cbp, Thyroid profile.

It could be a weakness  of ligaments or if ur both legs r paining    reasons  will be vitamin b12 deficiency .

Not only just due to deficiency but other reasons  might be the problems for knee pains like your weight, profession long walks daily. If the pain is normal then no need to worry with just few knee strengthening exercises  it can be healed. Take Vitanova D3 sachets once a day week or  Shelcal D tablet daily once after meals for 15 days. Avoid prolonged standing,  crossed leg sitting or climbing stairs. If you feel pain is seveee then icing will be helpfull.

Its due to vitamin deficiencies start with calcerol sachets weekly once into 8 weeks early morning empty stomach along with the glass of milk. And Tab.Multigates once daily for 1 month

Need to assess ur knee soft tissues inclusive of meniscus ,some time it may be shin pain . Need to test vit D and thyroid for hormonal based investigation to rule out the diagnosis
