Left Tubular ISTHMIC block
We are happily married and have 7 year old son . Now we wanted to go for another child buy it was not happening from last 1 year. Today we went for HSG test .Here are the findings 1. Left Tubular ISTHMIC block. 2. Normal utherus / Right Fallopian tube with free spill. Please advise what to do . Is this because of bloackage as per my understanding or does my wife need to go for some medication so as to see this problem . Is it important to go for surgery in order to unblock left ISTHMIC Tubular .

please do antral follicular count,AMH test, if these reports are normal then she can try for natural conception for six months, otherwise go for ivf

Hi. She has 50 % chances of conceiving from Rt tube side . Need to rule out PID as the cause of tubular block .
