Left testicular pain

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I had this pain 1yr back in college. Doctor recommended me to do ultrasound of lower abdominal and testis. He found few cyst in my left testis. He said, nothing is serious. He recommended me to drink lots of water. Now again I feel little pain in my left testis. Plz recommend me best solution.
