I have been feeling differently in my left testicle for 4-5 days. It feels different than right one which feels normal. I feel pain behind left testicle to left groin or abdomen. It's not severe but bearable. It occurs for few seconds then gets normal but feels a lil pain. Is it chronic epididymitis or variocele? I had my an intercourse in April which gave me anxiety. If I had Chlamydia or gonorrhea I would have had swollen or very painful testicles at that time but no. This left testicle pain is making me anxious if it's because I have that infection and it's chronic epididymitis? Or is it variocele or something normal?
