Hello ,I am 29yr male , I had pain in left testicle since 2 months
Pls help me ..
1. I had some blood in my urine with no pain before 4 months and all blood drained off after urinating 3-4 times .
2. Same happened again after one month ( before 3months) at that time also no pain .
3. Again after one month(2months before ) on off pain started in left testicle , some times it's sharp pain , some time dull pain ... I visited general physician he insisted sonography and urine checkup and then he was given one week antibiotics and pain killer .
4. After that one week also pain has not reduced he referred to general surgeon.
5. Surgeon decided that it is an inguinal hernia after physical examination and again insisted for sonography later that report was showing hernia
6. I consulted other surgeon for 2nd openion he said there is no hernia this is the cause of epididymitis and given treatment for 2 months . Still same problem persists
But better than earlier . Kindly help . Check pics
