My left Testicle has gone bigger since couple of days.I am observing. This also happend couple of months ago.Gote cure naturally. Sometimes it feels little heavy.I have a little bit of problem of constipation. What to do tell me.

Hello....... In hydrocele one will have swallen scortum , or else it could be testicular infection.. Remember if you have history of unprotected sexual intercourse.... Consult general surgeon only after local examination one can say something........
