Left side upper abdomen pain.

Question

Asked for Male, 35 Years

My father has been suffering from upper left side abdomen pain for 4 months.He has done USG which shows moderate hepatomegaly with grade II steatosis, bulky and fatty pancreas(pancreas is bulky in size.echogenicity is raised.no focal lesion is seen.pancreatic duct is not diluted),and grade III prostatomegaly.He is not suffering from problems related to urine.Endoscopy report is normal.What should he do now?
