Hi Doctor, Since last Sunday my scalp in the left side is heating and paining throughout! Whenever I bend down I feel a sudden pull in head on the left side and it pains. I had taken vasograin but still it is paining and burning. Also the left side neck is stiff. I went for homeopathy doc but I am not getting any relief !! Please suggest what should I do !!

Scalp pain and tenderness are common symptoms of migraine. Since vasograin didn't help, other effective medicines like Naproxen may be tried after consultation with your doctor.
