Hello well it looks like your suffering from acidity... I would suggest you to take food on time and also avoid spicy and oily food as much as possible... you also need to drink water adequately... make sure that you stroll for at least 15 to 20 minutes after it mean and do not lie down immediately especially in the night time.... do not wait for eating until the Hunger pangs try to maintain proper timings for food...thank you

Hello there...i understand your concern...try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee,tea etc... Avoid stress,consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..do regular exercises...take pantaprazole 40 mg twice daily before food with above....consult physician if symptoms persists.

Get an ecg done..if normal get evaluated for acid peptic dyspepsia by MD physician
