Left side lower abdomen pain
Taking aldactone 25 mg for hormonal imbalance (acne)
First it only hurt sometimes
For almost a month, lower left side of the abdomen hurt intermittently, No Pain.
Yesternight Pain down to the thigh, woke up with pain in the morning, was ok while sitting now during day since morning,(3rd day of period also)
Urine test normal ,please help to identify the cause ?

The current may be due to dysmenorrhea, i.e. due to ongoing periods. Please have plenty of water during your periods, wat more of fibre diet, and do walking/cycling for atleast 30 mins in a day. You can take tab drotaverine 40 mg sos for abdominal discomfort. Also try hot fomentation over the affected area for relied. Consult ince ypur periods are over, in case the symptoms persis. We might need a USG abdomen. But before that i would like to enquire a more elaborated history to come to a more closer conclusion.
