Left side chest pain followed by arm

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I am 25 years old. I've been having left side chest pain followed by arm pain and a bit of muscle pulling experience near my left neck area. I am experiencing this from yesterday soon after coming from walk( the weather was extremely cold and I was not able to tolerate at all, hence had to return back). Please advise me what would be the problem. Is these symptoms are the indication of stroke ? or Heart problem or some other issue?.
