Left Side body pain

I'm manish 24 year old and i want to say that last 6 month my left side(head to toe) had arrested in high pinched pain. I'm consult many doctors but all were preferred painkillers and i have done many diagnosis but any problems does not find. And pain is very hurting like someone pinched so pls help me
