Facing left upper back and neck pain and left chest pain from months , have taken several medicines and 20 days therapy but it is getting recurrent ,have consulted one orthopedic ,one gynaecologist ,one therapist docs in between , have followed their treatments but still the situation is asusual ,they say it's muscular pain and spasm due to sitting and posture , I have cut down my study hour from 10 to 7 hrs , left library started taking rest , worked on the posture ,went for walk ,have done exercise but seriously I can't compromise any more with my studies ,this problem have affected my daily routine , what should be done for permanent solution ???
