Regular exercise will help you, also take balance diet, and most important is weight upon leg which cause pain so reduce weigh first of all, take plenty of water intake, and vit-B12 rich diet.

As per age, it easily corrects.. Seems there is a lack of good lipids in diet... Check for refined oil in diet...and replace filtered oils in food...
