Hello i am 27 year old female i have knee pain since 2 months the left knee (inner side)pains a lot when i walk and climb stairs
I took an xray and they say that the gap is less now than the normal space on the inner side
i am on medication now what exercise should i do to reduce the pain and strengthen the muscle to avoid further damage
