Left Hand surgery
I met with bike accident in which my hand got Fractured and as per doctor's advise surgery was imperative lower distal radius surgery was done on 7th September, 2017. In which screw and plate arrangement implant is fixed. It is more than 5 months now. As I am pursuing my Civil Engineering and I got placed in top construction company of India. I done with Physiotherapy session too. So during medical fitness test will it cause any problem while joining? What next should I do?

Greetings, your question is very much practical, but you failed to mention if have currently have any difficulties in doing daily tasks
If performing any daily activities are difficult then you need to be worried, if all daily activities are not difficult then nit to worry. You are fit. Working in India is not a problem.
If going abroad for job then you need to think about plates plus your surgeon and physio should give you fitness clearance plus government approved medical officer is the one who will oversee this.
