Hello, Angina is a retrosternal chest heaviness like heavy weight kept on the chest which radiates to left chest shoulder and inner border of your left arm, usually associated with uneasiness sweating , typically aggravated on physical activity and getting relief on rest. If you have such symptoms then you need to consult a cardiologist
