I had a stye a few months ago and after it disappeared it left my left lower eyelid swollen causing my left eye to appear a little smaller than the right. I frequently get these styes and it leaves my whole eye swollen but it gets normal after a day or two but this time it left my eye in this condition.

Hello,
Do you get recurrent styes or chalazia? Styes are painful while chalazia are painless. Recurrent styes can be due to frequent eye rubbing, which can in turn be due to uncorrected spectacle power. Have you got examined for that?
Next Steps
Try hot fomentation with warm cloth for swelling.
Get checked for glasses.
