  4. Left chest pain from 5 days. Could be?

Left chest pain from 5 days
I hv pain in my left chest which includes shoulder and hand too... hand fingers feels pressure and heavyness..though i visited doc, done ecg which was ok and gas related medicines prescribed, still its been 5 days my pain is same. What it could be
