  4. Left arm pain. Figured whats the reason!

I am having left arm pain over a month it comes and goes i am worried it related to heart so i consulted a doctor had ecg it comes back fine but he couldnt figured whats the reason

Is this pain associated with any type of exertion.. If it is.. Then do exercise test.. But looking at ur age it is looking non cardiac but ecg and other details required for any conclusion
