My son Recently diagnosed with myopia on both eyes -5.5 & -4.5 and lazy eyes on both the eyes. Prescribed spectacles and patch therapy. Is there anything to do other than this because I'm worried about lazy eye on both eyes. Pls suggest on this.

Lazy eye (Amblyopia) as per the refractive error mentioned must be in both eyes and hopefully will improve if your child's age is less than 8 years. Use glasses and patching religiously. Can encourage doing outdoor activities and reduce screen time can help to address the myopia as well. Do regular screening. 0.1% atropine can also be used after Ophthalmologist consultation

Depends on the age of your child.
Lazy eye generally improves with regular use of correct spectacle power and eye patching if child is less than 10yrs of age.
May work for child in age group 10-16
