Respected mam/sir My wife have seven weeks pregnant is laxitol syrup is safe for constipation.. And how long we will use this. Please give me advice..

Please try drinking lots of water and a fruit and fibre oriented diet as this helps with constipation. These also aids the way medical remedies work. If no joy with these then try stool softeners and laxatives such as lactulose 10 mls twice a day prior to moving to higher medications.take care and good luck.
