Lateral Ischemia - urgent pls
My mother is 55 yes suffering from Hypothyroidism and recently her phosphorus and calcium levels have also gone  up with TSH 25. And 230 Anti Thyroglobulin Antibodies. While we are consulting a Endocrinologist and Nephrologist, we did her ECG and found it was abnormal with Cholesterol 202 and Possible Left artial Enlargement and Lateral Ischemia. Enclosed are the reports. Is this serious condition and require surgery or can be treated through medication as she is already suffering from hyperthyroidism and kidney issues due to high Cal n phosphorus. Plz help ...urgent

Your mother's ECG show some changes the degree of significance or seriousness cannot be judged by ecg alone... clinical history of any chest pain.. blood pressure..an echocardiogram is needed before deciding about the diagnosis. Based on this medication can be started and then any procedure is decided accordingly considering her other health issues also.
