More history and details of current symptoms plus history of occupation, contact history, or if any other medical issues that require immunosuppressants, is required ? and detail investigation to rule out active tb is required. Report that diagnosed latent tb is required, whether it was truly latent tb or previously treated tb with mantoux/igra positive? But yeah tpt is not given to everyone with latent tb , only for those who are in high risk of contact or is on immunosuppressants or has immunodeficiency and that too after ruling out active tb.
