It's since 3-4 years that my period date gets late than expected ,my friends usually get periods one day or 2 days before their expected date and mine keep getting shifted to two or 3 days after the date. My periods were on exact date since 4 months but since last two months they got shifted from 6th to 8th and then in February shifted to 10th from 8th.My gynaecologist prescribed me OCP but i don't want to go for them, is there any other medicine or cure to get periods on time or before the date?

If your periods are late by upto 7days it's not considered as irregular periods...you may not take OCP--however it would be a good idea to keep a menstrual calender by downloading any app so you can findout if your periods are even later
Next Steps
consult a gynaecologist for counselling
Health Tips
brisk walk everyday for 40mins.... avoid junk food
