Asked for Male, 31 Years

In Feb 2019 i took medicine to postpone my periods for a week due to wedding.. Once I stopped those a medicine i got my period on 27th feb. I was normal. But I haven't got my next month period since then. The pregnancy reports are negative. Please advice me the next step.
