I haven't got my period from the last 90 days.. My last period was on 16th Jan'18.. I have PCOS but I'm not on pills.. What should I do? I want to avoid taking meds. They didn't work for the past four years..

Consult to gynecologist get done tsh level and serum prolactin.Any how have to take medicine because it will vice versa .Now not getting period weight will increase and after that weight causes menstruation problem.
