  4. Late periods. Or wait for periods?

Late periods.
I have PCOS from last 10 years. But always had periods on time. Never late.This is the first time, my periods have not occurred. It’s been 7th day today. My expected date was 1st May. The Doctor adviced me to take regestrone for 3 days twice.Is this medicine safe? As I have PCOS? Should I take this medicine or wait for periods? I am not pregnant. Have got the beta HCg test done.
