Asked for Female, 18 Years

I am 18 years old girl. I have no relationship in my life ever with any guy, so there is nothing like pregnancy. This is my first time that my periods got delayed by 70 days. I have no pain anywhere in my body due to this. Please tell me the reason behind this and is this a serious issue ? Why did I skip periods ?
