Hi. Me and my partner have sex and i use condoms and she miss his 1st periods. After 20days she tested with home pregnancy test kit the result was negitive but y her periods was so late

Periods cn be delayed due to medications , stress , anxiety , hormonal disturbance , thyroid disorders etc. Do a beta hcg blood test to be sure that she s not pregnant. Consult directly after that
