I'm unmarried and age 29 . 3 . Have no medical conditions and not under any medication now . 4. I do a desk job currently work from home . I have been not active in my physical exercises . Is it because of that ? Please Suggest it is the first missed it for longer time .

Post covid there is delay in menses. Not to worry. Either wait, or take tablets for withdrawal bleeding

Hi, this first delayed period could be due to stress in your work life and you not doing any Physical activity. Increase your Physical activity by exercises and destress yourself from time to time. Also, consult a gynecologist for further evaluation
