Hey .. m a 25 yr old female .. as due to the routine IT job i was gaining unecessary fats on my belly i decided to work out ..after 4-5 days of normal workout i got my periods normally... however when i restarted my workout after a gap of 14 days it was a heavy and intense one .
Now after 4 weeks of my last period .. there is no sign of next period cycle its just been 2 days late .. but i am a little concerned as i have heard that heavy workout affects periods
I am sexually active .. but i always use a protection(no medicine).. please suggest what can be the reasons??

But if it is for long duration, then even other causes like pregnancy, anemia, stress, pcod, fibromas, drug intake should be considered. So kindly consult a gynaecologist for further evaluation.
