Doctor I didn't got my periods it's been 10days even the pregnancy test is negative what the reason. Can u pls suggest me

Confirm by blood test.Bhcg is blood test and confirmatory also.If comes negative means no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding after consulting with the gynaecologist or me through practo online.
