Late period then really light and short

Asked for Female, 32 Years

My periods are pretty regular they start quite heavy last 5-7 days, this month it was 4 days late and never really started it was very light barely anything on a sanitary pad it was mostly when I wiped and it stopped after 3 days. I've had none of the usual pmt symptoms however since the bleeding has stopped I've had some mild cramping and pulling sensations in my stomach and lower abdomen and a niggly lower backache. I've had a bleed so I'm not pregnant but should worry about the odd symptoms

I think u should get a betahcg blood pregnancy test done to confirm for no pregnancy first and get back to us for further advice on this,later on an ultrasound might need to be done as well.
