  4. Late period. No period. i need help!

Late period
So im 5days late according to my calendar and i dont want to be pregnant. I had intercourse last month but always with condoms and never contact with sperm. I was late 5 days in january too but periods came. Dont have any simptoms except of abdominal cramps like pms and gas. Ive been stressed this month a lot and idk if my period will come. My cycle is 30days and this is the 36th day and still no period. I need help
