Late period, pregnancy test nagative

Hii, I have been prescribed medication for infection last month after my period, the medication included : ofloxacin & Ornidazole, syscan 150, fentin, deviry 10mg. but i haven't taken deviry 10mg tablet, will it cause problem. Because my period is late for 17 days, now I'm in cycle day 49, i have tested two times both came nagative. What could be the reason for not getting period? Is it Because of not taking deviry 10mg tablet? If so, can i start the medicine now Or Should I wait for few more days and get pregnancy test?
