Asked for Female, 24 Years

Period was very delayed - usually my cycle is 30-31 days and this time after 40 days I had a lot of brown discharge, in two days period has started but I had a lot of pain plus there were pieces of dark blood coming out. Last day of period I had bright pink pieces instead of blood. After 30 days I had my period again but same it started with one day of a lot of brown discharge. Could I have had an early miscarriage back then? If so, is it possible to diagnose it now? Thank you.

It's not possible to find out about miscarriage unless there are still some residual products of conception there , it might also be possible you could be having harmonal imbalance ,or any other issues which can be confirmed by getting an ultrasound done for lower abdomen.
